Therése Neaimé has arrived in Dubai for a number of live performances during the month of May.
On May 5th Neaimé performed at an annual dinner event of the German-Emirati Chamber of Commerce. She presented a selection of her latest songs in front of 400 VIP guests at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. The event was co-sponsored by Volkswagen Middle East.
This was followed by a performance at a private event at the Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa on May 7th for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Before heading to Dubai, Therése did an exclusive photoshoot in Stockholm with the redesigned Volkswagen Jetta in her capacity as Brand Ambassador for Volkswagen Middle East.

THERÉSE IN BERLIN FOR PERFORMANCES AND MEETINGS

Therése Neaimé will be traveling to Berlin at the end of this week for meetings with business partners from the music industry and a performance in cooperation with German electronics media giant “MEDIAMARKT”.
On Saturday afternoon, April 9, Therése will be performing as special guest at “Das Schloss” in Berlin-Steglitz during an event called “Kaffeewelten”. Neaimé will be presenting selected songs from her first and upcoming second album and will hold an autograph session following the performance.
Therése’s single “ALL I THINK ABOUT IS YOU” is still going strong on German radio. It was released in Germany/Austria/Switzerland in October 2010 by Suonix/Redange and distributed in Germany by Rough Trade Germany GmbH.

THERÉSE NEAIMÉ SIGNS SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH VOLKSWAGEN MIDDLE EAST

A wide ranging “Ambassador Agreement” was signed by Therése Neaimé and Volkswagen Middle East last week after both parties had met for sponsorship talks in Dubai last month.
The contract makes Therése a “Brand Ambassador” for the German car manufacturer while Volkswagen Middle East has now become Neaimé’s main sponsor in 2011.
Earlier this year Therése had performed at a Volkswagen Middle East event Doha/Qatar on the occasion of the Qatar Motor show 2011.

NEAIMÉ SHOOTING MUSIC VIDEO TO NEW SINGLE “LOVERS LULLABY”

The music video to Therése Neaimé’s new single “LOVERS LULLABY” was filmed at the beginning of the week at Rooster Studios in Stockholm, under the guidance of renowned director Anders Rune.
Expectations are high, following the success of “ALL I THINK ABOUT IS YOU” on MTV and other TV music channels in the Middle East and Germany. “LOVERS LULLABY” will be released this month in Sweden, followed by Germany/Austria/Switzerland and the Middle East.
Credits for the filming also go to Eric Andersson (DOP), Lotta Fischer (Make Up) and Camilla Fredén, Maria Hydén and Josefin Battersby (Dancers)
NEAIMÉ HEADING INTO THE NEW YEAR WITH PERFORMANCE IN QATAR

Therése Neaimé will be heading to the Middle East for 24 hours for an exclusive performance in Doha, the capital of Qatar, on Wednesday evening. Therése was invited to perform at a special corporate event, hosted by a major German car manufacturer.
Qatar has become politically and economically increasingly important in the gulf region in recent years and has made headlines for winning the bid to host the FIFA Football World Championships in 2022.

The latest edition of the glossy lifestyle magazine “HELLO !” features Therése Neaimé in a double-page interview. The article titled “Swedish Singer Therése Neaimé on Music, Motherhood and Middle East Living” appeared in the Middle East’s edition of the world famous lifestyle magazine.
HELLO! Middle East is published weekly and has a circulation of approx. 20,000. It is the region’s leading celebrity and lifestyle magazine.
At the beginning of the week, Therése returned to Sweden, thus ending her three-month stay in the Middle East. “It’s been an exciting time with many life performances, TV and radio appearances and extensive media coverage. The highlights of course were my single release and the airing of the music video of ALL I THINK ABOUT IS YOU on high rotation on MTV Arabia”.
In the coming weeks Neaimé will be putting the final touches to her anxiously awaited second album. Release dates for the new album will be announced early next year.

A TV interview recorded during Therése Neaimé’s visit to FERRARI WORLD will air tonight (Friday Dec 3) at 22:00 UAE time (18:00 GMT) on MBC 4.
Neaimé’s interview by popular TV presenter Raya Abi Rached is part of the coverage of the opening ceremony of FERRARI WORLD, the world’s largest indoor theme park, located at the Formula One Circuit on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi (see attachment).
MBC is the number one TV satellite station in the Middle East, reaching out to an audience of over 200 million viewers in the region and the world.
In its November 9 issue, German print magazine KOMPASS GCC published a double-page feature on Therése, providing an insight into her world of music and songwriting. KOMPASS GCC MAGAZIN is a biweekly magazine targeting the German speaking community in the Middle East with focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi (click here to see PDF).
  
THERÉSE NEAIMÉ TO APPEAR IN “MBC MORNING SHOW” AND TO PERFORM AT PRESTIGIOUS “WHAT’S ON AWARDS” IN DUBAI

Therése Neaimé will be performing live on the MBC 1 morning show to be aired on Sunday November 7th from 12 to 2 p.m. She will be presenting a selection of new songs that will be included in her second album.
MBC is the number one satellite TV station in the Middle East, reaching out to around 200 million viewers across the whole Middle East, Europe as well as the US. The morning show on MBC 1 is the leading show in its time slot providing innovative information and entertainment.
On November 7th, Neaimé will also be performing at the prestigious "WHAT'S ON AWARDS" in Dubai. She will be featured as the main artist at the UAE's biggest award show, taking place in Dubai Media City.
Im September 2006 machte sich Therése auf große US Promotour. Bekannte Billboard Magazine Schreiber wie Michael Capozzoli titulierten sie als „umwerfend und musikalisch brilliant“. So sahen es auch die amerikanischen Hörer und verhalfen ihrer Single “The Future” auf einen großartigen 13 Platz in den US AC TOP 40 Radio Charts.
Zwei besondere Highlights waren wohl 2009 Therése’s Auftritt in Abu Dhabi vor Carl XVI Gustaf, König von Schweden und Krohnprinzessin Victoria, sowie 100 ausgewählten VIP Gästen und eine fünftägige Konzertreise durch Afghanistan. Dort sang sie für die internationalen Truppen in Kabul und anderen Städten.
Neben diesem „abenteuerlichen“ Trip sah man Therése ebenfalls in europäischen Arenen als Support für Simply Red vor mehr als 15.000 Menschen.
In diesem Jahr möchte Therése auch Deutschland erobern und veröffentlicht ”All I Think About Is You” als erste Single ihres zweiten Albums.
Therese Neaimé wurde in Stockholm, als Tochter eines libanesischen Vaters und einer schwedischen Mutter, geboren. Sie singt und tanzt schon ihr ganzes Leben lang und Mitte der 90er Jahre reiste sie als Backgroundsängerin – und Tänzerin mit den verschiedensten internationalen Künstlern um die Welt. Außerdem war sie in diversen Musikvideos sowie als Tänzerin in der beliebten U.S. Sendung Soul Train zu sehen.
1999 zog Therése nach Kalifornien um am Musicians Institute in Los Angeles zu studieren und ihre Fähigkeiten als Singer / Songwriter zu vertiefen. Bald gründete sie ihre erste eigene Band NEAIMÉ und tourte durch die Clubs in LA und San Diego. Auf Grund ihrer hohen Vielseitigkeit konnte man sie sogar neben Ben Affleck in einigen Folgen der TV Serie „Push Nevada“ sehen.
2004 war auch Top Produzent Jorgen Elofsson (Britney Spears, Westlife, and Kelly Clarkson) von Therése überzeugt und verpflichtete sie als eine von fünf Songwritern in seinem Team. Kurz darauf war auch ihr erster Song „How Could You Leave Me” auf dem Soundtrack des schwedischen Films “Language Of Love” zu hören.
Theréses Debut Album “Livin” wurde 2006 in den USA, im Mittleren Osten und in Schweden veröffentlicht. Es wurde mit Kritiken wie „Einzigartig, sehr gut geschrieben und mit großem internationalen Potenzial“ bedacht und als „musikalische Reise durch Therése’s Leben“ und „Spitzenprodukt“ bezeichnet. Im May 2006 katapultierte ihre einzigartige Soulstimme Therése auf Platz 1 der schwedischen Charts.
